Katy Balli is a Senior Manager in the Credits and Incentives practice at Merit Advisors, where she serves clients across the oil and gas, engineering, manufacturing, and renewable energy sectors. With five years of dedicated experience in credits and incentives, Katy’s legal practice focuses on tax law and energy-related regulatory matters, helping clients identify and secure available tax credits and incentives. 

Prior to focusing on credits and incentives, Katy worked in land administration and finance roles in the oil and gas industry. Katy holds a Bachelor of Arts in History from Colorado Christian University and a Juris Doctorate from Michigan State University College of Law. Katy is a licensed attorney in the state of New Mexico.
