Robert Sawyer

Robert Sawyer, CCIM, SIOR, is a Director at Merit Advisors. Robert leads Real Estate Services and manages industrial, office and land assets for owners and occupiers throughout the United States to maximize the value of their commercial real estate portfolios. He provides consulting and brokerage services to companies with unique requirements, strategic growth initiatives and downsizing events in the oilfield and industrial sector.

Robert joined Merit in 2022 with over 16 years of experience in the industrial and office real estate sector. He is also the President and a Managing Broker for Formation Real Estate, a boutique oil and gas and investment real estate services firm.

Robert graduated from Texas Christian University in 2007 with a BBA in Finance with a Real Estate emphasis. He earned the Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation in 2016 and was admitted to the Society of Industrial and Office Realtors (SIOR) in 2021 as an Industrial Specialist.
