Stephanie Nabors

Stephanie Nabors is a Manager of Sales and Use Tax at Merit Advisors, where she specializes in refund recovery, audit defense, and sales and use tax compliance for clients in the oil and gas industry. She works with organizations to navigate complex indirect tax matters and support their compliance objectives.

Prior to joining Merit Advisors in 2026, Stephanie was a Senior Consultant in Deloitte’s Sales and Use Tax practice in Houston. Before Deloitte, she worked as an Indirect Tax Analyst at Grant Thornton.

Stephanie earned her Master’s degree in Accounting from Stephen F. Austin State University, graduating Magna Cum Laude. While at SFA, she served as Vice President of Best Practices for Beta Alpha Psi, the university’s accounting and finance student organization.
